Senators Nancy J. Hartling and Paul E. McIntyre hosted a forum on mental health in Moncton. Over 120 participants, including mental health service providers, Senator René Cormier and Finance Minister Cathy Rogers, had the opportunity to discuss how mental health intersects with issues such as accessing services in rural areas, an aging society, low literacy, and incarceration.
