Senator Hartling visited the Peel Children’s Centre’s programs in Moncton, New Brunswick. The Moncton Parent-Operated Residential Treatment Program and the Moncton Residential Treatment Program offer safe out-of-home placements where youth and their families may reconstruct relationships through therapy in a supportive environment. The goal is to ease the youth’s return to the community.
